XIS

Purpose: Used to define bottom flange stiffeners on box girder.

Flexural moment of inertia of each box girder bottom flange stiffener about the base of the stiffener (in4 or mm4 ). Can be given as a list, or a single value for all segments. Must be given if stiffener is to be determined effective according to AASHTO Articles 10.39.4.3.1 (ASD), 10.51.5.4 (LFD) and 6.11.3.2.1 (LRFD). If XAS, XCS, and XIS are specified, stiffeners contribute to section properties of the girder.
